In his penultimate address to the nation, President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. knew the issues Filipinos wanted him to address and the urgency of delivering critical government responses. His fifth address showed how the administration has responded to these crises: surging electricity costs, fuel price shocks, unemployment, education, and corruption stemming from flood control.
