From relatable classroom skits to national television exposure, Esnyr Ranollo continues to prove that authenticity remains at the center of his craft through his new episode of the high school series entitled First Day High, in collaboration with guest stars, which premiered on June 14 across digital platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
The series features guest appearances from Vice Ganda, Donny Pangilinan, Belle Mariano, Bella Belen, and Empoy Marquez, along with his former Pinoy Big Brother (PBB): Celebrity Collab Edition housemates Klarisse de Guzman, Shuvee Etrata, Mika Salamanca, Will Ashley, and Brent Manalo, as well as Anthony Constantino, Joy Barcoma, Donna Cariaga, Krystal Mejes, Queen Dura, and Pitik Queen.
The episode quickly gained a wide audience on YouTube, garnering approximately 7.9 million views within its first 24 hours of release.
Meanwhile, Esnyr shared that the production not only took months to complete but also involved a substantial budget, which he chose to keep undisclosed prior to release.
“At last, pwede ko na siyang i-share😭 For the past three months, we’ve been quietly working and pouring our time, effort, and yes… medyo malaking budget on this one,” he wrote in a post.
Before entering PBB, he built a loyal following through humorous skits depicting everyday Filipino life, which became popular on TikTok and Facebook.
In a past interview in August 2025 with PUSH ABS-CBN, he shared that he intends to continue creating content for his followers.
“Parang ‘yun po talaga ‘yung core ko. Kumbaga, ‘yun po ‘yung naging dahilan kung bakit ako nandito. Kaya always ko pong ni-re-remind ‘yung sarili ko na hindi ko papabayaan ‘yung mga taong naniwala sa akin, which is my followers. Kaya, ayon po, hindi po talaga siya mawawala [‘yung content creation] ever,” he said.
(I think that is exactly my core, and I think that is the reason why I am here now. That is why I always remind myself not to neglect the people who believe in me, which are my followers. So, content creation will never be gone from my life.)
Prior to this, Esnyr published several installments of his series titled High School Crush, HS Mutual Understanding (MU), and HS TOTGA: The One That Got Away, in which Shan Vesagas and Brent Manalo first appeared.
Meanwhile, in HS Prom, Graduation, and Reunion, Jeremiah Lisbo becomes part of the storyline.
